Copernican World Financial Infrastructure Trust files preliminary short form prospectus
Copernican Capital Corp., the Manager of Copernican World Financial Infrastructure Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to announce that the Trust has filed and has received a receipt from the securities regulators of all the Canadian provinces and territories for the preliminary short form prospectus dated August 8, 2008 for the issue of August 2009 Warrants and August 2010 Warrants.
